Delivery Policy

At Doyocheap, we provide our customers with hassle-free delivery. Here are our delivery methods, deadlines and conditions:

Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00.

Delivery methods

Doyocheap delivers products only within the UK. Delivery takes between 4 and 7 working days. All deliveries are free of charge.

Delivery terms

Order processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For orders placed by credit card (Stripe)

Orders placed before 18:00 (UTC) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 are processed the next working day.

For orders placed by bank transfer
Orders placed before 18:00 (UTC) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 are processed the next working day.

After placing your order, please make payment immediately and send proof of payment to contact@doyocheap.com. Once we receive payment for our order, we will process your order the same day if the payment is received in our bank account before 6:00 PM. If the payment is received in our bank account after 6:00 PM, we will process it the next business day.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.


Delivery Confirmation

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once dispatched.
Deliveries are Monday to Monday 8am - 6pm.

Missed Deliveries
If this is not possible, the courier will leave a card for redelivery or a deposit.
